The whole method. We publish it because a measurement that cannot be checked is worth nothing.
A customer doesn't ask for “hotel” or “dentist”. They ask for something specific, and the questions fall into four families. We build them from your business — the city, the kind of customer, the nearby landmark, what sets you apart:
| Family | Example |
|---|---|
| Type and city | “family-run hotel in [city]” |
| Type of customer | “where to stay with children in [area]” |
| Nearby place | “where to stay near [landmark]” |
| Feature | “[area] with [what sets you apart]” |
The questions are fixed before looking at the results and never changed afterwards. It is the most important part of the method: if you choose the questions after seeing the answers, you can make the result come out however you like.
The same questions go to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, in the languages your customers use — for Italian hotels, Italian and English. The second language matters: many customers ask in their own language, and the answer is often different.
Each question is asked more than once. Assistants don't answer the same way twice in a row, and a single answer tells you nothing.
There is no automation here, and that is why the audit is slow. Every answer is read by a person who decides whether the business was really named.
It matters because names look alike. A hotel and the village it is named after are not the same thing; a hotel and a restaurant with the same name in the same town aren't either. An automatic count mixes them up and returns a number that looks good and isn't. We prefer a lower, true number.
When an assistant names a business, it usually also says where the information came from: the website, a portal, a review, an article. We record those sources — and we also record when your website is not among them, because that is already a finding.
Not a dashboard and not a list of twenty recommendations. A document you can read in under ten minutes, with at most three findings. Each says what is missing, what it costs you, and gives the source so you can check it yourself or have anyone you like check it.
What we don't do. We don't ask for access to your systems, don't install anything on your website and don't ask for payment details. Everything we analyse is already public: the code of your page, the published reviews and the sources the AI consults.
What we don't promise. No visibility result is guaranteed — by us or by anyone else. Whoever promises one isn't measuring.
We reply within 24 hours of your request. The audit is free and without obligation. If you then want us to take care of the fixes, we will propose it separately: it is a different decision, and you can say no.
