Privacy notice

Last updated: 11 September 2026 · Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

This notice covers the audit request forms on the English, Armenian and Russian pages of this site. The Italian pages follow the same rules; their notice is in Italian.

1. Who handles your data

Controller: Garik Mkrtchyan, individual.
Contact: [email protected]

This is an independent pilot project. No data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed, as the conditions that would require one are not met. The audit is free: you don't have to buy anything to receive it.

2. What data we collect

Only what you enter in the form:

Together with the request we record the date and time it was sent, the country code of the connection it came from, and the address of the page from which you sent the form, including any parameters an ad adds to the link (for example a Google Ads click ID). Date, time and country help us match the request to you; the page of origin tells us which channel requests come from (see section 3). We don't use cookies, we don't install analytics or tracking tools and we don't load third-party scripts. We don't collect special categories of data and we don't ask for payment details.

Your phone number, if you leave it, is used only to contact you about this request. If you don't leave it, we reply by email only.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

PurposeLegal basis
Preparing and sending you the free audit you asked for, and answering questions about that specific request — by email or, if you left a number, by phone. Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Understanding which channel requests come from — for example one of our ads on Google — and assessing, only in aggregate, whether that channel works. Our legitimate interest in assessing the effectiveness of our advertising — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We don't pass this data to any advertising platform.

No other purpose. The data is not used for newsletters, promotional campaigns or profiling, and it is not passed on or sold to third parties.

4. Where the data goes and who else sees it

When you send the form, the data travels to our server over an encrypted connection and is stored in the infrastructure of Cloudflare, which hosts this site and provides the storage. A notification of the request also reaches the controller's mailbox.

The provider that processes the data on our behalf, as a processor, is:

The notification arrives in a Gmail mailbox of the controller. Google Ireland Limited, which provides that mailbox, therefore receives the data as the email provider, under its own terms of use, and not as a processor appointed by us.

We don't share the data with anyone else and we make no transfers to third countries of our own. Any transfers made by the providers above are governed by the safeguards they have adopted, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep it

At most 6 months from your request: the time needed to prepare the audit, send it and answer any questions. After that the data is deleted. You can ask us to delete it earlier, at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise them, write to [email protected]: we reply and delete without asking for reasons.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in the EU, in particular in the country where you live or work (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it); outside the EU, with the data protection authority of your country.

7. Providing data is optional

You are not obliged to give us any data. Without your business name, website and email, however, we can neither prepare nor send you the audit you asked for: that is the only consequence of not providing them. Your name and phone number remain optional in any case.

8. No automated decisions

There is no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The audit is prepared by hand: we put the questions to the AI assistants one by one, and every answer is read by a person before it goes into your document.
